Agadir To Merzouga & Return Back by Marrakech

Day 1:

 

Agadir - Taliouine - Taznakht - Ait Benhaddou - Ouarzazate - Boumalne Dades We start our morning drive from the Agadir. We drive along the high Atlas Mountains on rich agricultural farms' plains between the ranges of the high Atlas and anti Atlas Mountains. Then we pass Taroudant to the next town of Taliouine which is knowm for the production of Zaffron, and stop to taste a cup of tea with the herb of Zaffron. Continuation via the Anti Altas Mountains passing the twon of Taznakhat which is known for the Berber carpets. Later on, we drive to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah and make a guided tour of the Kasbah. After lunch, we transfer you to boumalne Dades valley passing via the town of Kelaa Mgouna. Check into the hotel.

Day 2:

 

Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Merzouga – Camel Trek – Desert Camp We leave the Dades Valley  behind us and continue to the centre of Tinerhir. Here we take a detour to visit the huge palm oasis and stroll through the famous Todhra Gorge – a must-see in this area!  We then head out towards the Sahara Desert, past stunning Kasbahs, stopping at Erfoud to visit its renowned Fossil Museum, featured in David Attenborough’s recent BBC TV series about the origins of life on earth. After a short ride, we take a break to enjoy a cup of local tea at the foot of the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi in the Sahara. Time then for your next and unforgettable adventure: a 2-hours-trek with a camel to the heart of the desert, guided by a nomadic camel driver! Enjoy the splendour of colour on the dunes and the spectacle of light and shadow on the sand through the light of the setting sun. Breathtakingly beautiful! The journey brings you to a desert camp with traditional nomad tents, where you can relax, have dinner, listen to traditional music around the camp fire, or wander into the dunes and marvel at the shining stars…

Day 3:

 

Sahara Desert – Rissani – Kalaa Mgouna - Marrakech Wake up early to see the sunrise over the dunes – it is really fun to climb the nearest dune to admire all this! Enjoy breakfast in your camp before a 45-minute camel ride back to your car, which awaits you at a hotel, offering a second breakfast and the opportunity to take a shower. We drive back to Marrakech and stop over kalaa for lunch. During the trip, we can stop at any time to take pictures of some beautiful spots. In the late afternoon, arrival at your hotel in Marrakech.

Day 4:

 

Marrakech - Agadir - AirportIt

is time to go back to agadir Or you can extend your trip with a stay in Marrakech or add another tour to your trip.
